Develop a transformative performance dashboard for "Synergies," a Portuguese sales company, infusing gamification to energize and motivate the sales force. This innovative tool enables salesmen to monitor progress, earn XP, engage in friendly competition, and redeem rewards, thereby enhancing their sales performance and experience.
